Tis the season…for Pumpkin Spice Lattes. The secret here is in the real pumpkin puree.
You will want to use Espresso for this recipe. If you don’t have an Espresso machine, you can buy it pre-made on Amazon, or you can make it using an Aero Press, which you can easily grab at your neighborhood Target.
As I said, the key to this recipe is the pumpkin puree, which is not the same thing as pumpkin pie filling. You also have to make sure that you use the correct blend of spices. For this recipe, they got it just right!
Frothing milk can be a little tricky. I think it works best with whole milk, but you can use 2% if you want to. The best way is to shake it in a jar and then take the lid off and microwave it for just a few seconds.
This is the perfect recipe to get you in the mood for the fall season. I hope you enjoy it saber mais.
