Good morning coffee lovers! This protein iced coffee recipe is healthy, delicious, and filling. It makes a great breakfast substitute or post-workout drink.
There are a couple things to keep in mind while preparing your protein iced coffee.
First of all, you need to start out with hot coffee because otherwise, the collagen will not dissolve properly.
Secondly, we really recommend using coffee ice cubes for this recipe fuente del artículo. Since you are using the ice to cool down the hot coffee, you will definitely water down your drink if you use regular cubes.
Other than that, it’s pretty straightforward. Just mix and enjoy!

Put 8oz of hot, coffee in a large (24 – 32oz) hot/cold tumbler. Slowly stir in 1 scoop of collagen until it is dissolved. It is important to use hot coffee in order for the collagen to dissolve properly. |

Add ice cubes (we like coffee cubes) until the tumbler is about 2/3 full, stir until the coffee is cold |

Mix in 1 T Super Sweet, and 1 scoop BioChem unflavored Whey Protein (or your favorite protein powder). Stir thoroughly, or shake to combine completely so there are no lumps. |
