It’s 90 degrees and humid. You’ve been outside all day and are hot, sweaty, and tired. You need a pick-me-up pharmacieinde.com. What are you going to do? Grab a popsicle of course!
Regular popsicles are greatm but these delicious iced coffee pops are sure to hit the spot on a hot summer day. It’s a tasty adult treat that your kids will be jealous of.

In a liquid measuring cup, mix together 1/3 c. of cream with 1 tbsp. sugar. |

Divide between 6 popsicle molds, pouring just a small amount into each mold. Freeze for 1 hour, or until frozen. |

In another liquid measuring cup, whisk together coffee with remaining sugar and heavy cream. Divide between the molds (with the now frozen cream layer). Insert lid (or popsicle sticks) and freeze for 6 hours, or until frozen. |

Before serving, run the molds under warm water to loosen the pop. |
