This iced coffee is true to its name. It’s easy to make, quick to prepare, and damn delicious going down. We know you will love it just as much as we do.
This coffee is a great way to get coffeehouse quality iced coffee for a fraction of the price. We recommend brewing your coffee the day before and refrigerating it so that you don’t have to use a lot of ice to cool it off. This always dilutes the coffee and we don’t like that.
Also, you don’t have to make the simple syrup if you don’t want to, but we think it’s worth the extra trouble. Anything you don’t use can be stored in the fridge for at least a week.

To make the simple syrup, mix the sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool completely then stir in the vanilla extract. |
