Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1/2 can Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C Half and Half
4 Cinnamon Sticks
A dash Pure Vanilla Extract
2 shots Espresso
Ice
To fill glass Cream Soda cold
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
To taste Cinnamon Sugar

Don’t even get me started on how delicious this drink is. Out of all of the delicious drinks on this site, this one is definitely in my top ten. Maybe even my top five. The Churro Iced Coffee Float is just amazing.

Now, it’s not going to make the list of the healthiest drinks on the site, but it sure is yummy, and the double shot of espresso delivers a nice kick to help push you through the afternoon doldrums.

If you don’t have an Espresso machine you can either buy it pre-made, or you can use an Aero Press which can you pick up really cheap at Target.

Also, make sure you have a heat-proof glass because you don’t want it to break when you pour your creamer mixture into it.

Other than that, it’s pretty simple. Follow the instructions and top everything off with some vanilla ice cream and cinnamon sugar.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk, half-and-half, and cinnamon sticks

Cook on low for 8 minutes to give the milk time to infuse with the cinnamon. Remove from heat, add vanilla, discard cinnamon sticks, and pour into a heat-proof glass jar. Refrigerate creamer (it will keep for one week).

Make espresso (we used a Krups Super Automatic Coffee Machine). You can also use an Aero Press available at your local target. Pour espresso shots into a tall glass, add ice (coffee ice cubes are best) and 2 ounces of churro creamer, and top off with cream soda.

Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Voila!
