So…Cheesecake Frappuccinos huh? I don’t know about you, but cheesecake is at the very top of my favorite dessert list sapere di più. Rich, creamy, just sweet enough, and utterly delicious.
Needless to say, I was super excited when I found out about these cheesecake frappuccinos. I spend a lot of time perusing the internet for new coffee recipes, and when I saw this it really caught my eye. I couldn’t wait to get it uploaded to the site and share it with you. It’s two of my favorite things (coffee and cheesecake) mixed together and poured into a glass. It just doesn’t get much better than that.
You can really use whatever kind of coffee you want, but I like to use La Colombe cold brew. It’s rich and smooth, and it’s sold at my favorite coffee shop in town. I also prefer to use whole milk, because it adds to the rich, thick, cheesecakiness (is that a word?) of it. Philadelphia cream cheese is always my go-to, and just like in all of my recipes I use coffee ice cubes so that my drink doesn’t get watered down (free pro tip). I don’t have a favorite caramel, so just use whatever you can get your hands on. Top it all off with a little whipped cream and you are in cheesecake heaven. Ooh la la.
The ingredients for this drink are simple, cheap, and easy to find, which is a bonus. Plus, it only takes about 10 minutes to make these babies, and everyone loves them. Enjoy!
